Arm Adduction | |

Adduction of the arm is also called adduction of/at the shoulder. This motion can be divided into two motions: downward rotation of the scapula and true adduction of the arm at the shoulder. Muscles: pectoralis major and minor, latissimus dorsi, teres major, gravity (depending on body position), and even the lowest fibers of the deltoid (making deltoid its own antagonist) |
